Broken to Beautiful Outreach
Is an event where women in the community are invited. They are provided with broken jewelry and are given instruction by a jewelry maker how to put the pieces together to make something beautiful. It is an outreach to broken women to help encourage, support and minister that foster a better out-look on life. 8 years.
Community Baby Shower Outreach
Is an annual event that we receive baby supplies for mothers that do not have the resources to provide for their infants. Clothing, diapers, schools, car seats, all types of supplies for infants. The set up is that the mothers or fathers come and shop for what ever they need. But don’t have to pay and are provided lunch and a message from one of the ministers. 5 years.
Bibles, Books and Barbecue Outreach
It is a annual event that families come to receive school supplies for their children. We check with the school system to have everything for a particular grade year. And the supplies are put in book bags for the appropriate grade and the students can come a receive. Also lunch is provided with music and ministry booths. 10 years.
Meals for the Needy
Brighton Gardens Nursing Home
We visit Brighton Gardens Nursing Home for the last 10 years. We offer a service to preach, pray, read, and sing once a month. And at Christmas we have a play and gifts for the residents.
Girls Orphanage
The girls orphanage “Masonic Home For Children ” in Oxford NC. Every quarter we serve, support and motivate the girls with clothing, personal items, books and at Christmas gifts. We have served there for 10 years.
