What We Believe
The entire Bible is God’s Word to His people. The only way to the Father is through His Son Jesus Christ. We believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost which is the Holy Ghost and Fire. God hears and answers the prayers of His people. God’s church is the body of believers. We believe in the assembling together of believers in service and reverence to God. God the Father loves us and sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for us all. And those who receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour will spend eternity with God.
Ray and Alice Smith are the ordained founding pastors of The House of Prayer Ministries International (THOP) in Durham, NC. They also have international churches in Liberia and Pakistan. Operating under the five-fold ministry, they focus on miracles, signs, and wonders. As shepherds after God’s own heart, they are anointed to walk in the power of God. THOP features “Welcome Home with Alice Smith,” a program that reaches over 9 million households. Ray and Alice are also Christian authors, evangelists, and teachers.
